Module 02 // Terms of Service
1. The System Bind
By initializing an account, deploying our JSX code arrays, or routing your transactional data through GHOST // OS, you enter into a binding operational contract with Heidi Felix / Ghost Financial. If you do not agree to these parameters, you are instructed to abort the connection sequence immediately.
2. Data Telemetry License
To flag enterprise bleed, you grant Ghost Financial a non-exclusive, encrypted, real-time processing license to monitor background ledger metadata loops. Your core banking assets are never modified; the platform operates strictly as an independent behavioral detection shield.
3. Intellectual Bounds
The 3Fold Strategy, automated tracking logic matrices, and visual SVG dashboard vector configurations are the exclusive intellectual property of Heidi Felix. Reverse-engineering or dark white-labeling of the system logic triggers immediate, automated access termination and legal escalation routines.
Module 03 // Cancellation Policy
1. Seamless Disengagement
You retain absolute sovereignty over your subscription parameters. You may initialize a cancellation protocol at any point directly through your User Dashboard interface or by transmitting a written request to gfp@3foldghost.com.
2. Cycle Finality
Upon processing a cancellation sequence, your system access will remain live until the exact millisecond your current pre-paid monthly billing cycle expires. No automated data collection pipelines or recurring charges will execute after the terminal cycle completion date.
Module 04 // Refund Policy
1. The Velocity Guarantee
Ghost Financial functions as a precision data tracking matrix. Because software computation cycles, server resources, and continuous telemetry pipelines are consumed instantly upon deployment, we enforce a strict NO REFUNDS policy on all executed monthly billing cycles.
2. Anomaly Service Credits
If a verified cloud network outage on our master cluster causes your real-time tracking loops to fall below a 99.9% uptime threshold over any billing cycle, your account will be systematically credited with a pro-rata extension for the subsequent cycle. We do not refund cash; we optimize your system runtime.
Module 05 // Refund & Dispute Mitigation Policy
1. Dispute Filter Paradigm
In alignment with our Cognitive Guerrilla Framework, we treat payment disputes as a systemic deviation to be filtered efficiently. Users are contractually obligated to interface with our automated internal support node to resolve transactional anomalies before attempting to initialize an external chargeback mechanism.
2. Chargeback Penalty Shield
Any user who bypasses the internal support node to file an ungrounded or fraudulent payment dispute via their bank or Paystack portal will face immediate, permanent system node exclusion. Their operational data keys will be permanently deleted from database memory.
